Bringing art and music together

Pop-up Brighton has put an open call out to video, animation and installation artists to work on a collaboration that will bring together the very best in visual and music arts to create 'something spectacular'.

The Brighton-based organisation will be putting on a three-month exhibition that promises to be a dazzling display of the very best fusions and collaborations the UK's arts and music scene can muster.

After selecting each artist, and letting the music artist choose the visual artist, Pop-up Brighton will marry the pair together for three months so that they can collaborate and come up with something that will truly be worth shouting about.

This exhibition will end in a kaleidoscope of live music and visual art merging together in a venue in Brighton during April/May. 

At this stage they are requesting visual artists to send their portfolio jpegs or video links to popupbrighton@gmail.com with the title 'music&art'.

The closing date is this Friday, January 27, so get cracking!
