SICAF Opens its Doors for Registration

The Soul international Cartoon and Animation Festival has now opened its doors for entries. Open to animators around the world, it is the key international animation destination for forward thinking productions in Asia.
SICAF is held by six associations (Korea Animation Producers Association, The Korea Cartoonists Association, Korean Society of Cartoon and Animation Studies, Koran Cartoon Publishers Association, The Cartoon & Animation Society in Korea and Korea Animation Artist Association). It kept going to develop widely by the affection of many people who concerned about cartoons and animations from all over the world.
